I am not so active on Social media and I try my best to withhold my identity where it’s not necessary.

I would prefer to have less hits, I found 2 hits.

It would be easier for employers to find you.

You won’t have much privacy if everyone knows your details.

If you have left a bad impression or have been involved in controversial things, this can impact an employers view on you.
- What information is available on this public profile? Are there photos visible? Are your interests visible?
Not much is available on my public profile. I do have a display picture and this is visible. None of my interests are visible, however if they were they wouldn’t be an issue as my interests aren’t bad.

This doesn’t make me uncomfortable as I set my privacy to that level.

If a potential employer were to send me a friend request and view my profile, they would be happy as I not very active and when I do post I don’t post offensive things.

I am not sure, maybe they are statistics of the pages where you spend alot of time.

Yes, more than the first 10 names at the top surprised me.

I would be happy to show this to my Facebook friends, it would be interesting to see what they would get.

Facebook and Twitter are mainly for socialising and keeping in contact with friends. LinkedIn in mainly for business profiles and professionals.

I would not share my password with my employer.
- What is the impact on your digital identity does writing a blog post have?
It shows my opinion to whoever that wants to access it.
- Why do some bloggers choose to remain anonymous?
Some of their content might be controversial or offensive. In some cases if someone is a whistleblower they might be scared for their safety.
- If you were asked to enhance your digital identity right now, what would you do and why?
I’m pretty happy with my digital identity, my search came up as my linkedIn account which is what I wanted.
